In december last year China's wuhan city was the epicenter of this deadly novel Corona outbreak, it was known as Wuhan Virus at that time .Now it has become pandemic which affected 160 countries in the world till now.The whole world is unfortunate because it's genesis is China and China's authoritarian attitude has wreaked havoc around the world,an estimate is that 2.1 billion phone users have been reduced suddenly in China.This Unprecedented spectre is looming large and now the whole world is in vulnerable condition, culminating in thousands of deaths due to this contagious disease, world economy has crippled down.Most developed european countries like Italy USA are bearing the brunt of SARS COV-2 including China,It's a matter of grave concern that Italy's health facility is top 2nd in the world but still death rate is very high.
Now it is a challenging task to prevent large-scale transmission of SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) in India.India's health infrastructure and facility is frayed and below par ,1 doctor is available on 11,600 people just imagine what would happen if virus becomes pervasive in Indian continent.Nothing is in our favor because mortality rate is high as compared with other nations nearly 4.1 % in India .Only self isolation and Quarantine can be done by the people which is also not so easy because of high population density.Hapless people are still not comply with restrictions and the govt's. advisory, essential goods movements are hampered by undisciplined and unruly drivers. Corona Virus is now in the third stage in India means this is a crucial stage and people should take care of there families themselves.Govt. has enforced potential Lockdowns on many cities and pockets of the country, citizens must follow the directives and exercise a high degree of responsibility.
WHO's recent study has shown that Corona virus can sustain in air and if droplets from coughing and sneezing put on paper ,plastics and Metals it works as a fomite, it's a grim reality that community transmission is imminent.Migrant workers are returning to their native home it can worsen the situations in rural and remote areas, think about slum dwellers if this virus comes in contacts with them then we may see a rapid rise and deadly spike of cases. If the lock down is successful and social distancing is practised India may see fewer cases in a few weeks and subsequently flattening of curve.Scientist are working to develop vaccines but it will take nearly one and half years till then only precautionary measures could be applied
