The EU's internet infrastructures is 'under strain'and a series of measures needs to be implemented by online streaming platforms as a means to mitigate the higher demand for bandwidth amid the current covid-19 quarantine and lockdown period.Apropes to Coronavirus outbreak it is evident that we are seeing a negative cascading effect on our economy and internet hence only aggressive containment measures have a chance of flattening the COVID19 outbreak curve and as the IMF has declared a global recession like condition then,
